Day 1: Marrakech -Ait Ben Haddou -The Dades Gorges
In Marrakech, your guide and driver will pick you up at the place you are, we will go south towards Ouarzazate towards the port of Tizi N’Tichka that reaches its maximum height at 2,260 meters above sea level, thus you will have the opportunity to appreciate the oases and the palm groves, the numerous kasbahs and the landscape of the Middle Altas, we will walk through the quiet of the mountains where you will be able to appreciate the lifestyle of the Berbers. At each step, you will discover a new scene of daily life. Then we will continue to the kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou (Declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO). In this spectacular setting, several famous films have been shot such as Gladiator, Obelix, Sahara with Penélope Cruz to name a few. We will have lunch in the town, then we will follow the road that goes to Ouarzazate, which is the capital of cinema. We will make a stop in the center of Ouarzazate at the kasbah Taourirt. In other times it was the residence of the pacha of Marrakech, built in adobe with crenellated towers, the old rooms of the Glaoui, the dining room and the rooms that retain their decoration in painted stucco, wood and cedar ceilings are visited. We will return to the valley of the roses where its inhabitants make creams, soaps and the famous natural rose water, until we reach the Dades Gorges.

Day 2: The Dades Gorges -The Todra Gorges -Erfoud- Merzouga
After breakfast we start the day crossing the Dades Gorges where we will discover typical villages and we will meet the Berber nomads of the mountain. After having lunch in the Todra Gorges, we will travel along the tar route, crossing the important palm grove of Tinghir, it is one of the most beautiful and coarse in Morocco, until we reach the city of Erfoud. We will continue to Merzouga to the Erg Chebbi, the only Saharan dunes in Morocco and the largest in the world. In the dunes you can take advantage of the rest of the day to admire how the light changes on the desert dunes in the evenings.

Day 3: Desert excursion
After breakfast, we will travel one of the roads used in the “Paris-Dakar Rally” visiting desert nomads with whom we will have tea and see the oasis where some movies were filmed such as “Sahara”, starring Penelope Cruz, the objective that you know the lifestyle that many nomadic families still maintain far from civilization and urban modernities. We will visit the town of the native community in central Africa called Khamlia, named after the slave trade that they brought from the Sudan and made their small town on the slopes of the desert, after eating we will change the traction of the 4 × 4 for animal traction. The dromedaries will take us into the desert through the dunes to be able to contemplate an unforgettable sunset. This night will be special, we will sleep in the dunes in nomad tents (optional) as the Berbers do. Here we will enjoy a complimentary Berber dinner, traditional music and a starry sky like you’ve never seen before.

Day 4: Merzouga – Rissani – A’lnif – La Velle Del Draa – Marrakech
Very early, after seeing the sunrise from the top of the great dune, we will return to the hostel where we will have breakfast. Then, we will go to Ouarzazate we will visit the city of Rissani-economic capital of Morocco and the first imperial city of the country, the souk ( market) under the red arches and its many ksours (merchants) Then we will follow the road that goes to the village of Alnif where we will have lunch. We will continue through the magnificent Drâa Valley. where we will make several stops to enjoy this beautiful valley of the Anti Atlas to get to Ouarzazate, lunch on site. We will continue the adventure crossing through the port of Tizi Ntichka (2,260 masl), arriving in Marrakech.
